Romania Official

I'm so late with this drawing. Anyway wow Romania is out and he looks gorgeous. I fail at drawing guys so I made him moe....very moe. ((: Also the background is fail so just ignore it 'sigh' .

Anyway I love the design, especially his pierce and the hat of course. The hat kinda reminds me of what Caragiale used to wear, no?...maybe it's just me. The vampire concept is....meh...I can live with that lol.
